We want to commend Barry Leaon, realtor for Pederson Realty, for his exceptional service on the
sale of our Burnsville townhouse.
Our home sold for full list price in one day. He counseled us on the two offers, which were best for
us.
Barry is also a great resource for auxiliary services, i.e. handyman, electrician, etc.
Barry is conscientious in everything he does, like responding to phone calls and requests, resolving
concerns, etc.
Job well done Barry!
